Refund & Returns Policy



Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following factors would render a product exempt from being returned and therefore receiving a refund:

  • The label has been partially or fully pealed off
  • The original deodorizing formula is at or more than 1/4 empty
  • The bottle is scratched, cracked or chipped

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as order confirmation.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund after the initial 5 business day window:

  • First double check your bank account
  • Then (if purchased with credit) contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank since there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Sale items

Only items sold at MSRP (the retail price) may be refunded. Sale items cannot and will not be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. It is possible that our product can break during shipping due to the glass bottles it is contained in. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {} and next steps will be discussed thereafter.

Items can and will only be exchanged for the same product that contains the same MSKU.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {320 Nova Albion Way, San Rafael, CA 94903}.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Selected shipping rates will also affect the time it takes for your return or exchange to reach you.

Please keep in mind that all of our products packaged in glass bottles are breakable. Because of this, we ask that you use ample padding to protect your return or exchange from breaking. Additionally, we request that customers choose a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when sending returns and exchanges. Fresh Boost does not take responsibility or ownership of returns or exchanges that we do not receive or are broken in transit.
